Snapdeal.com — Order Not Processed / Not Cancelled/ My Money Holds By Snap Deal

I have placed the orders of Mattress( Order nos:[protected]& [protected]) on 28 Jan 2015. I payed total RS 14432 for these orders. Items has not be shipped yet. After several calls and email I requested snap deal to cancel the order. But not cancelling the orders keep on saying they will cancel the orders with 24 or 48 hours but NO action so for.Snap Deals holds my money with out any reason. I do not know what to do. It almost month is gone. Thanks Prem
