[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order not received but snapdeal claiming it is delivered | |||
I have placed an order on snapdeal.com on 23/06/2014 having order id:[protected] the order was sent via Fast Flight courier Consignment Number :O[protected] tracking the product on fast flight site showing Pending- Branch Misroute from 27/06/2014. I contacted to snapdeal as the expected delivery date was over.They told me that they are contacting to the courier and get back to me, but did'nt get any reply form snapdeal.Now yesterday I found that snapdeal is showing the product is delivered on 02/07/2014 but i did not get it yet.I again contact to snapdeal they are saying that the product is delivered..I am totally help less...
