We purchased this sonama wardrobe back in october 2016 and it came with missing parts. After many many phone calls, emails, and facebook messages we were told the missing parts would be sent or we would receive a refund because we cannot use the wardrobe with missing parts. This went on for months with lies and promises over and over again. Eventually we had to return to the uk but was promised the parts would be sent out so they would be delivered by our return. It is now 8 months later and still no parts. I will now instruct my lawyer to file a fir (Section 175c) against you for breach of contract and will be contacting every social media outlet possible to let them know about your complete lack of trading standards.
