I had ordered fossil watch (Fs 4656) and instead got (Fs 4487) and that too defective. It seems like a fake watch. This the third time snapdeal has delivered wrong product to me. Prior to this also i had ordered a watch and snapdeal delivered a defective watch and even after replacement they sent a wrong item. Priot to that to the watch delivered was without warranty. It was mentioned in description that the watch had 2 years warranty. Snapdeal doesn't even have a customer executive to talk with on phone to solve queries. So i had to return the watch. This is totally unacceptable. This behaviour of snapdeal i'd very frustrating. I was a loyal customer of snapdeal

I have booked some Items from Snapdeal. And today I received call that I am lucky winner of Tata Safari car of rs. 12, 60, 148... I want to know that that call is real or fake. The officer who called me gave me time about 12 hrs to submit documents.

I need help from Snapdeal to solve this confusion.

I have not received my any refunds for my returned item i am fully suffering from this and also i didn’t get any messages from snapdeal its not fair i think snapdeal cheats the customer they didn’t provide good returns and refunds policy.and i want my refunds very urgently.
