Order placed for more than a month, no update, customer care non responsive
Had placed order no. [protected] on 21st Oct. With Delivery on 10th Nov.
I sent out mail n asked if dimention n quality of the product will be as described.
Since 10th Nov...I have only got one answer to my mails that they are trying to resolve the mattee. No timelines no update.
When you call customer care number either their system is down or they are experiencing high call volume so nobody picks up.
This is the worst online shopping experience...have been vuying online for 3+ years n looks like snspdeal is busy soending money on sponsoring Big Boss n advertising.
Pathetic client service...they are enjoying interest on buyer's money.
If we see effect of multiplier...this is a great money making business...even if they refund my money after 1 more month. Its a loss to me.
This is ridiculous...my 1st n last purchase at SD.
