[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Order product not receiced they are cheaters

I have ordered a product on Sep25th 2014 and SD promised that i get the product delivered by sep30th. But till now oct10th no delivery of the product and when i called they are keep saying the same story i will get the delivery asap and for the complaint for which i raised they says i will get call from sd to resolve it but no call nothing...also when i asked to cancel my order also they are not doing the same at all sorry we cant cancel the order then either they are not delivering the order and not canceling the order...i want to file it in consumer court how do i do it...
