[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order refund

I have placed the order on 8jun 19 but I got repayment messege from spapdeal but my money got Deducted so I contacted with my bank they said money has been received to merchant. Now I am not able to contact with customer care also and not able to see order in my order option . Please tell how do I get my payment back.
