[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order status is delivered, but I didn't receive the product | |||
I didn't receive any product that i ordered but i received an sms to my registered mobile stating that my order is delivered last night at 10.58pm 26-nov-2017, and an email to my mail id. I tried to contact snapdeal customer care number but it is fully automated. Order id: [protected] Product: terabyte wireless mouse black Location: hyderabad If it is delivered then send me a customers sign copy. I sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com but no response... But i will make sure that i will never ever use ur stupid service again, and i will inform to all my friends and relatives and the people i know to not to use ur marvelous service.
