[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order still not delivered after 10 days. | |||
Sir, i this is regarding my order id: [protected], placed on: tue, 06 dec, 2016. On 9th dec i got update message that my order has reached agra and will be delivered within 1-2days. After a week on 16thdec morning i got message that my parcel docket num [protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today by uma shankar singh. I kept waiting whole day but no one turn up. Later in evening i got message that delivery unsuccessful due to reason - consignee not available, they will re attempt in 24hrs. No information, no contact num has been provided yet. I just can't understand what they intend by keeping my parcel for seven days holding it for a week still no update information from anywhere. I am requesting you not to send at least my ordered items via jawa courier. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
