[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — ordered not delivered for last 45 days, no response, no refund of money

2 nos of pride silver bangle boxes (price 1290) was ordered on 31st Jan 2018. money was prepaid by credit card. Orders has not yet been delivered, multiple attempt to reach them have failed.

Snapdeal did not respond to multiple requests (28th feb) raised on their website and email send in this regard.

There is no way to speak to snapdeal representative, there customer care number is IVR and does not connect to any executive in any option.

Website does not allow me to cancel my order.
