Snapdeal.com — ordered product not delivered after payment

I had ordered janasya crape kurti with palazzo on 17th August by paying Rs 904/- which is not delivered yet inspite of continuous reporting, they have sent fake signature & stating product already delivered on 21st, I was very much at home that day & have not received product and that is not my signature please resolve my issue ASAP, I have attached order details
