Sir, i have ordered redmi note3 32gb from snapdeal order id: [protected] on 13/10/16 and got my product on 20/12/16 but instead i got an old used 3 inch mobile phone. I had complaint for the same to the snapdeal but did not get any response regarding to refund or replacement. Please help me sir. Thank you.
