Firstly i ordered hot oil of rs 160 with 95 rs freecharge cashback . I order by prepaid but company did not give me cashback i have a screen shot the offer secondly i requested for refund and they are not picking up the product i called 15 time for this ti snapdeal and they are saying bus 48 hours mn ho jayega what should i do

company did not taking back this product since 15 days and they didnot send email regarding this and did not call.i am calling to company again and return again. Return id 19422064 is generated since 15th feb. Still product dud not pickup by your company till now
