[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Parcel not received

I have booked xolo 1x mobile phone on 13th may 2016 upon the condition that the confirmed delivery on 15th may 2016. For which i paid extra delivery charges!! This product is still not received!!! Also there is no any information from courier company too.
The order id is [protected] dated 13 may 2016 & the awb is[protected]
There is no feedback from courier company too.
Because of your false commitment i just wasted my whole day. Therefore you are requested to look in to the issue very seriously and revert back with refund of my extra delivery charges along with the penalty immediately.
