[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Partial products received

I have ordered At499 polyester blended shrugs for 99 rupees. Its a combo of two shrugs but I got only one for the price of two. There is no resolution provided and they are not taking calls too. The website cheated me once and its cheating again..

Refund was provided for the products they have not delivered. Took around a week to resolve the problem. None of the superiors called. I did not ask for the refund but they provided refund instead of providing the extra products
