[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Pathetic customer handling, product not delivered within the time frame

The product i ordered was supposed to be delivered within 7 business days. As per the delivery information, the status showed delivered however the product still hasnt been received. Called up Snapdeal a lot of times. Many a times the systems wouldnt be working and when you would get a speak to an agent they would just take your complaint assuring a call back within 24 hours which would never happen. Even spoke to a supervisor Anjali and complained about the same, it still did not get sorted and there is no information about the product the payment for which has been made in full. It has been the worst customer service ever and the most ignorant and not willing to assist attitude ranging from the agents to the supervisors. Would never recommend anyone to use their service
