Snapdeal.com — pathetic customer service, registered me on your website without my permission | |||
I received a note sometime last year that an account has been created on my snapdeal. When i checked with them and asked them to delete the account. They said they don't have provisions to delete the account. They have provisions to create and when it comes to deleting the account. They don't have that. I am not sure who used my email id to create the account or snapdeal created account on their website using my emaild. After a long mail communication, they said they will delete the account. But i was still able to login and even i was getting a ton load o[censored]nnecessary emails. This thing is happening from last 6 months. I ask them, they reply, the account has been deleted. After few days. I start getting mails and i check account is still active. They say same thing. Its is happening from last 6 months. God what kind of website is this? I had a similar issue with another site. I made it worth their while by ordering COD and then cancelling. I did everything that their policy said would result in termination of the account. But nothing took. Snapdeal is worst of these. I would just suggest. unsubscribing or blocking Snapdeal or creating a dummy email and changing it in your account if possible.
