[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Payment deducted but order not confirmed and refund not processed even after 5 days | |||||
I ordered a Preethi ZODIAC Juicer Mixer Grinder Black and a Black Pearl Plasma Three Burner Toughened Glass Gas Stove worth Rs.7816 on 19th December 2016 at 10:54 am. I paid through my debit card. Money has been deducted from my Lakshmi Vilas Bank account but the order has not been placed. I got mails and message from snapdeal that my order is incomplete and if any amount has been deducted from my account it will be refunded with in 72 hours. Its been 5 days already but its not refunded yet and and no order information is available on Snapdeal. Please place my order or refund the money.
