We have ordered one Adidas Superstar Sneakers black shoes on 26th Sept, 2018. An amount of R.1779 is also debited from account. But Snapdeal saying payment was unsuccessful.
We have contacted customer care mail id of Snapdeal and they said the payment will be credited within 72 hrs. When we approached the bank, they said the amount has been debited from my account for snapdeal.
Snapdeal wanted us to send my bank statement and submitted the same for their reference. But after 16th Oct there were no favourable reply from Snapdeal.
We have not yet received the money back.
