I have placed an order of moregmax moregmax _4g7 black (4g + wifi voice calling) from snapdeal on 1st jan, 2017. i received the same on 10th jan, 2017. i unboxed the order and got lots of scratches on the screen of moregmax tablet (ordered) & lots o[censored]nnecessary apps are installed on it like rhymes for children, officesuite and lots and selfie camera takes lots of time to open. its 2nd hand product means used one.in the same day i called to snapdeal and informed them. they picked it up next day means 11th jan, 2017. but for refund purpose i called them several times. still i did not refund my money back. these type of services provided by snapdeal. if they satisfy their customer like this then i recommend my colleagues not to go for snapdeal. my order id: [protected], placed on 01 jan, 2017. contact no:[protected].
