[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Payment refund issue | |||
Our company parnika scrap traders registered as a seller on snapdeal...First company not make the payment of broken item which was send to snapdeal customer but snapdeal detect payment as a return penalty for this item..after this snapdeal again detect payment for same item but this time detect full payment as a penalty...we have send many mails on customer care of snapdeal but not a single response till yet and we have already make the calls on care but they are also unable to provide the solution...we send first mail on 4 dec 2015 as a complaint but no reply till date...So kindly registered our complaint against snapdeal for payment refund issue & harassment of customer. Mar 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved company care called me regarding my issue after lodge the complain here and refund my pending amount...its possible due to consumer complaints team & thanks to all of you.. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

What is the update regarding my complain...6 days has been over but no reply from your side through mail or call...my issue is not so much big...but guys your system is so bad..my refund is pending around 2 months but no single step taken by your team till yet regarding my issue...snapdeal service is useless...
