I, yash mehta, ordered a philips beard trimmer qt4009/15 at snapdeal at a price of rs 799. The order got confirmed. Order id [protected], date of order 4 june, 2017. The very next day price rose by more than 1000rs. And then on 5th, i received a message that your order cancelled. I called customer care, she told its a technical error. On 6th again i rcd same msg. I called customer care. They told seller issues are there, so dont accept delivery. I told if order is cancelled i am at a loss of more than 1000rs. So i wont cancel. So she told ok, accept delivery but see to it that snapdeal sticker is there. I told ok. But now i am receiving msg that snapdeal cancelled the order, money will be refunded back. This is not what snapdeal customer care agreed to. Now if i buy the same product from snapdeal, price is 2090 rs. Now who will suffer this 1290rs loss... Whose fault is it. I request justice. I want the same product from snapdeal at same price agreed. Hope the above is self explainatory. This is not at all my fault, so i shd not suffer the loss of 1290 rs. I request snapdeal to help. I tried customer care, they are just discommecting calls. Not a good experience.
