[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Philips trimmer | |||||
It has been more than a week that I am facing a serious problem.. No one is coming to pickup the order but I am getting continuously wrong emails telling me that the courier is unable to pickup and my request for return/replacement has been cancelled. Finally today I have sent it by myself to the delivery address as given in the return slip by spending Rs 250/- It is very much unappreciated and its a matter of shame as well as public harassment which I am facing now. For more than a week I am calling Snapdeal continuously spending my own balance. I have spend over Rs 100 for calling the customer care... Courier charges- 250 Transportation charges-25(sending)+25(bringing it back).. Phone balance -around 100 Now can you tell me why customer will buy things from snapdeal, if you are providing such worse facilities?? Who will pay the compensation now ?
