Dear Snapdeal Team, This is regarding one of my pick up request for order id - [protected], Ticket ID 28503116 After repetitive requests ( more than 4 times), the item was not picked up by your courier partner till today ( 15 days are over) No response is received from your customer help email ids i.e. help 2snapdeal.com, kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com, rohit.[protected]@snapdeal.com. I would like to call you attention on this subject matter and arrange a pickup by today itself on below mentioned address only - 55 Corporate Avenue, Time Technoplast Ltd, Second Floor, Saki Vihar Road, Saki Naka, Andheri (E) - 400072 Landmark - in f/o hotel Gurukrupa Please ensure the pick up guy makes a call before coming for a pick up on above mentioned address.
