This is the third time you have rescheduled the pick-up ( order no. [protected], sub order no. [protected] Date 01/01/2017 ) of the wrong item sent to me .
You made promised that I will be refunded the money I paid for Hindware cook top in a week, but I didn't .
The cook top I received was defective and faulty ( order ID.[protected], Reference no:[protected] .
What a mismanagement and why don't you resolve the issues, Otherwise it is my last warning .
Positively I will go to the Consumer Forum Court about my both issues .
In the last one month you only harass me mentally, do pick up the A P hand-loom item & refund and also the refund the money of
Hindware cook-top by tomorrow .
