[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Picked up product without reciept

I ordered karbonn K Flip2 from snapdeal (my first mistake of choosing snapdeal). Product was faulty, mic was completely dead, sound from internal speaker i.e. ear piece was hardly audible. I immediately raised request of refund and clearly mentioned that the pick up address is of office and hence product be collected from Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Also that I will be out of city for a month and that's why someone else will be giving the product to courier guy.

Finally courier guy called with rude behavior, I told me that since its office address please collect if on Monday from XYZ (name of authorized person).

after that, I kept on calling customer care for pickup and no one came. finally suddenly a from courier company appears in office on 25th January, 2017 and collected the product from the guy i had authorized.The courier guy took signature of my friend on a receipt and did not give any proof of collection like receipt or something and left immediately.

Now snapdeal says we don't have your product, courier company says we don't have ur product and i don't have my product. I am now regretting for choosing snapdeal. I want my money back and swear will never ever make such mistake of opting snapdeal in near future.

2. Continues request for product pickup.
3. I was continuously telling that I wont be in city for a month and if product is picked up they need to collect it from person i am authorizing. Provided name of contact person to courier guy when he called me. Courier guy came to my office in my absence on 25th of Jan, 2017, asked the security guy for me and the authorized person by clear name of ours.Picked up product, Took signature of authorized person on some kind of doc, did not give any proof of collection and left premises.
4. I am completely lost in this transit. My product is lost. My Money is lost.
5. My first order and experience with snapdeal has become nightmare and last order and experience.
