I order a shirt from snapdeal on 24th may and i got it by 29th may but somehow i didnt like the fabric so i placed my return request on 29th may and i got the message that pickup will be done on 30th may and on 30th may i didnt got any call from courier boy and after few hours i got a message from xpressbees that i am unreachable and incomplete address then i contact snapdeal they rescheduled my pickup order on 31th may but again i didnt got any call and got message that i am unreachable and incomplete address then i again called snapdeal they just rescheduled my pickup again but still i didnt got any call from xpressbees and got message that I am unreachable and incomplete address then i again called snapdeal they just rescheduled it again for 1st june and this time they updated my secondary phone number and location too but again same thing happen then i called again they just rescheduled again
Terrible experience from snapdeal as well xpressbees courier never going to use again
