I ordered — more then 9 products in a single attempt on snapdeal worth more then rs 8000 on date 21/22 feb 2018 and paid the amount by my credit card (Master card). After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on snapdeal. Please refund the amount in my bank account or deduct from my credit card bill so that i can place my order again. My details for my snapdeal account is given below
