[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — poor service provision

I bought a pair of nike pg basketball shoes from snapdeal 4 months ago but not satisfied with the product i placed a return request, the day i received the product. I have been mailing them since then but am getting the same reply saying that they will look into the matter. I haven't used the product and the package is intact as i still want to return the product. The consumer helpline service is pathetic. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
