[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — power bank fraud n 3999 rs debited by cheating

I purchased stone x power bank of 864 rs pack of two 10500 mah power bank from snap deal sight 1st time which was defective i called snap deal care number [protected] talked with rahul sharma he asked me about atm. Pin n otp id n then debited 3999 rs pls give me this money bacl snap deal n pls punish these fraud person and both numbers start from 7, i think they r fraud pls give me justice n do something, i hope you support me thanks waiting for ur reply

Updated by satvik shah n yet 864 rs damaged power bank is with me it's not yet replaced pls give me my money back i am giving u images of defective power banks it's not good snap deal damaged power bank pin of input is broken n led lights on continuously n ports are not working n pls do something of 3999 rs which was debited by your executive rahul sharma [protected]by frauding me
