[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Prepaid amount is not refunded after returning product | |||||
Its been more than a month, y haven't i received my refund amount. I have given u all my bank transaction details too, still what do u expect me to provide to prove that i have not received my money. I want my amount to credited asap. I returned the item which was ordered on snapdeal on 10th feb 2017, but i haven't received my amount credited to account. I already raised complaint for same issue through complaint id: ID: 1502866 But they just gave me a false acknowledgment mail saying amount is refunded, Where as still amount is not refunded Was this information helpful? | |||||
