[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — prepaid order is not delivered but showing this side order is delivered

Been complaining for a month but no sunabai is happening. My prepaid order was not delivered to us but did not reach the site. I think this site is fake site.
How many times have i been complained, but each time it is said that it will be solved in 48 hours. My order was sent to 25 sep but merre did not come
