Snapdeal.com — Priduct not delivered but amount charged by Snapdeal

I ordered 2 products from snapdeal and paid online. But snapdeal delivered only one of it. They labelled bill of both on the box, but inside box only one product was packed. I tried hard to contact customer care and raise my concern but no one from snapdeal paid attention. After so many attempts I got same reply at support messages every time. There is no option to call them. I think either no customer care department exists or they want to cheat.
