Snapdeal.com — Product is not delivered since may 5th and lost my product in shipping process and no refund

Snap deal such a worst online shopping website. I ordered Onida 1.5 tonn split AC through Snapdeal Order number [protected] I placed it on 27th April 2015, delivery date was 5th May. Its 12 th may 2015 today and product have not been delivered yet. I called up customer care executive of snapdeal and the tracking I'd of product which they provided me is wrong ([protected]) and blue dart courier service claimed that they haven't shipped any product. Also they fool me and try to send me same invalid tracking number and say that my product is shipped and I will receive in 2 days.. Its been 15 days as if now but haven't received my product. I try calling to them on daily basis and never get proper response and also as per their policy if product is not delivered in 10 days from date of product is shipped they should refund my money. The are not even refunding my money back nor they are canceling my product. Such a pathetic and irresponsible online website.. I faced this issue twice. If you just can't deliver product to particular pincode you should have said while placing order.

This is not at all appreciated from your team . Since 5th May 2015 your team is working ryt? How many more days you require to resolve this. I have purchased through credit card EMI option and Iam due to pay that month on May 27th. So do let Me know when my product will be delivered. Its really a very annoying service you people are providing to your loyal customers. I just need immediate delivery or refund before May 26th.
