[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product missing in the package while open the package | |||
Hi team, I have placed a ordered philips emergency light in Snap deal app on 28th November 2021, I have received the package on 1st December 2021 in Ekart logistics courier services, while i open the package, the item was Missing, immediately I have requested for return and also informed to the snapdeal customer service, one of the customer service representative sent only undertaking form asked to fill the same and send back snapdeal mailing address, I have filled the undertaking form and sent the scanned copy of the same, but still the refund amount was not processed, after multiple calls to the snapdeal customer support team didn't get any any refund from the snap deal, so kindly raise a complaint and do needful action on this issue to get the amount refund .
