I had placed my order on[protected]:29:15 with snapdeal bearing Order No. [protected]. I had made the payment of Rs. 36741/- during the time of order. The delivery date was on[protected], but I product was not delivered on 22nd October. I called up the snapdeal customer care and I was told the delivery date is postponed to[protected], yet again the product was not delivered on the expected delivery date. I called up again to the customer care and I was again told the delivery was postponed to[protected]. Each time the delivery date was missed I was not intimated on email or on my mobile, I as a customer had called them and found the status. The customer care number is not a toll free number and each time I called I am put on hold for longer durations. I had then asked the customer care executive to cancel the product as the delivery date was missed twice and the cancellation request was lodged on[protected]. The courier partner has initiated the product return on[protected] but my money is not yet refunded. It is being 20 days since the product was returned. Today i.e[protected], I called to the customer care and I was told he is transferring the call to the superior and I was put on hold for 30mins. The customer care is not providing any resolution to this case. I had spent more than 250 /- Rs on My phone calls to snapdeal. I could put up all my telephone bills if required.
