[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered and cancelled. | |||||
I hv placed a order [protected] on 06/10/16, after few days i received msg from snap deal saying that delivery attempt is failed twice. But nobody contacted me regarding delivery. On 13/10/16 snap deal contacted me from[protected] for delivery but that person went to wrong address by mistake and confirmed that he will deliver it on 14/10/16. But on 14/10/16 i received a msg saying that order is cancelled due to delivery attempt is failed. Worst customer service and fake order status. Was this information helpful? | |||||
