[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered but shows delivered and no one is replying from customer care | |||||
I have placed and order with order id [protected]. I paid for it via my credit card. It is not yet delivered to me but it shows delivered. I put request to resolve this query but noone is responding to me for last 46 hours. They have not given me the detail of courier person otherwise I would have called by myself and ask whether he has given my product to someone else by mistake. But unfortunately, snapdeal customer care is not replying to my issue. I feel as if I have been cheated. Even if courier person has done some mistake they should have atleast reply to me and tell me that they will look into my issue but they are not responding to me given that they will reply to you once you submit query maximum in 24 hours but still I did not receive any reply from them. SNAPDEAL guys ARE A BUNCH OF CHEATERS earning money by fraud orders. I lost Rs 7000 . They are not even returning my product and have blocked my account . I feel cheated :(
