[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product Not delivered | |||
I ordered shoes from Sn apdeal and i am trying to track my order for the past 4 days but i dont get any info on the same. i did call the customer care on a regular interval and they say your order will reach you before 8th Sep but it is 9th sep and i still not able to track my order nor i got my product. How on earth Snapdeal can be so irresponsible in having such a 3rd class courier service who's phone is switched off and the tracking tab keeping loading for the past 4 days. i've also raised a complain and sent email to snapdeal about but with no response at all. Please people do not order any product from Snapdeal if you do so please prefer COD. Was this information helpful? | |||
