I ordered LG LED tv from snap deal on 9th October and assured delivery date was 18th Oct, then it got changed to 25 Oct and again changed to 31 Oct. On 31st the courier doesn't even where the product is. Both the customer service (snapdeal and courier) are pathetic. Nobody is there to be contacted, was able to contact the courier company at midnight after 1am only. Now i have cancelled the order, again have to follow up with them to initiate the cancel and refund request. I really do not know how many days it is going to take. I bought it from my credit card, it is already reflecting in my statement. What is trust pay and others are doing, who have assured to pay on their behalf?
This is horrifying and irritating, these online shopping companies are unable to handle big orders. This will give a chance to sell some unwarranted and chor bazzar goods from these online stores. This has to be regulated and it should be done in a proper manner. In India the justice bends for Money. Whatever complaint we make, at the end of the day the justice will go against us.
