[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered, customer care not responded, money not refunded | |||
I placed the order on snapdeal on 22nd april 2014 and today is 10th of may 2014. Still I am waiting for the order. So in 12 days snapdeal could not deliver the item. Another blunder by snapdeal in mentioning the shipment address. When I check my order status it shows the order is in transit and going to SHILIGURI however my address is KOLKATA. I mailed them 7 times and called them more than 10 times. No one could solve the problem and disconnected my call... And the interesting fact is they are denying to CANCEL the order now. I don't know when I will get my Rs 29000 back... My friends also had similar experiences with snapdeal. How can I file a legal complain so that they refund my money and also pay for the harassment I have gone through? Was this information helpful? | |||
