Snapdeal.com — product not delivered yet! it's been 20-25 days the order was placed. | |||
I placed a order for hippie sunglasses on 10th of January and even after 2-3 days the order was on order placed stage when I mailed them they canceled the order and placed a new order with new seller.new defective piece was delivered after a long time on 19th of January.I submit a replacement request for a new piece but nothing is sent till the date and i mailed to snapdeal help 4-5 times but there is always same answer by them-a request already has been lodged regarding ur complaint... and they are now saying ur order will be delivered within in a week... it means they are taking approx a month to complete a order... they waste a lot of my time in calling to their non-tolfree helpline no. and in writing long mails regarding the order comlaints... plz. i request to take a strcit action and request for a compensation for this all nuisance.
