[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not received for 18 days | |||
I ordered one product 18 days back and till now I have not received the product. They say that they are waiting for the courier people to pick up my product and deliver it. What a shameless reply from snapdeal.com They don't even have the courtesy to call me or mail me stating why the product is taking so much time to get delivered. I have called them at least 10 times in last 10 days and raised so many complaints, still no reply. This is a online site. God only saved me, as I was planning to buy a television also.
