On 27 may i placed my replace request, since i did not get my order on mentioned date i mailed you and received the message that you will get your order on 11 june then 17 june and now its 22 june. Now i am seriously not interested in knowing the problem and in your product so please initiate my payment today itself. It's enough of your company, everyday i was messaging, you say we are sorry for the delay in this situation and you also said that now we have put your order on urgent basis, you will get your product in 24 hours and you are just making up stories everyday. I do understand the ongoing situation but i must say other companies are doing well as compared to you at this time.
Now i request you please initiate my refund today itself i don't want your product and definitely won't recommend anyone to place order on your site.
