Order ID: [protected] I ordered an Mi 4i mobile from Snapdeal during mega-sale whose last date of delivery was 26th October but there was no sign of status update till end of October. Finally the product reached on 2nd November but it was a faulty device which do not detect SIM of any network. In the busy schedule of festive season and due to complaining to either Mi service centre or Snapdeal, I missed the 7-day mark by just a night before filing for replacement. Firstly they disagreed to replace as per their 7-day return policy but soon they agreed if I could provide them a DOA letter/Job Sheet (as per their first mail) but MI store refused to give any DOA Letter but would only provide a Job Sheet. When i again reconfirmed if Job Sheet would serve the purpose, they declined for any help then and showed a completely rude behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||||
