Sir, I purchased a acer monitor from snapdeal, but they send a different model of acer monitor, so I request for the return it, snapdeal support initiate a return request and gave me time of 3business days, after 6 days waiting I call again, they again said we are reschedule a return request again and they send a mail also as a document, this time they gives time of 2 business days, but now after 3days still no response from snapdeal, My money is stuck.
