I have order a 4G ebnable phone from snapdeal, we received that Product.but in that product jio 4Gvoice call app is not working.so we register a return product service under return policy but the service of snapdeal is of worst condition.the engineer come from snapdeal to solve our problem is directly send the message to company that our product is working properly without any check.we are facing that problem till now.after this i have been tried for register that action again but the 7days policy has been expired.what we have to do please provide a usefull information to us.
