respected sir/mam, I am Hitesh sati, i have buy schwarzkopf taft power hair online through snapdeal on 16 oct 2014, they given me 4 days for deliver my product but i didn't recieved it yet, at first they gave me date 26 oct for delivering, but when i call to their customer support they gave me another date 31oct2014, and complaint number 11001463., but i didn't recieved it yet. i have called on[protected] . i had make an online payment for that the told me that if didn't recieved my product yet then they refund my balance in my account but they even didn't do that. they transfer my balance in snapdeal account as a sd cash but it cannot worth for me whren i order some other product it happend again as i have already buy a deodrant earlier in which i got fake product for which i make a replacement for that when i buy another deo through sd cash they again gave me fake product. sir i need my cash back in my account. so kindly lookout this problem and make my cash back. thanking you, Hitesh sati mob. no.= [protected] order no.=[protected] request no.=11001463 Was this information helpful? | |||
