[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product paid for but have not even shipped after 2 weeks | |||||
Snapdeal did advertise a lot about their sale from 2nd to 6th october, and during this sale I purchased a product from snapdeal Order ID: [protected], Placed On 04 Oct, 2016 The approximate delivery time given by snapdeal is 15-17th october, 2016 thus the last date for them to deliver it was yesterday and yet they have not even shipped the product, Snapdeal helplines[protected] is a loop where the helpline is useless and no real help. Snapdeal is no longer the premium online sales site, it is a very very very light shadow of its former self. I want Snapdeal to deliver the product ASAP as per the "contract" The worse part is that they are not even shipping the products that the customers paid for earlier, but are blatant enough to announce Diwali sale. I request the consumer watchdogs to keep an eye on snapdeal At least the way they are acting is really strange, offering products at good prices to get attention, getting customers to buy it and then not shipping it I think its high time that some action is taken against online shopping giants trying to take the consumers for granted Was this information helpful? | |||||
