[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product picked up but return declined | |||||
I have placed an order on snapdeal.com for which i have raised return request but unfortunately it is been declined in quality check. My Order ID: [protected] Order ID: [protected] Now i want to know why it is been declined when i returned actual product what i have received even i have mentioned the reason for return. Also they sent there executive to pick the item and he checked it than gave me acknowledgement copy. if the item was not acceptable he would have rejected it but he collected it means i should get my refund. This is really unbelieveable that snapdeal is doing like this with customer.sending used and old products and after that not returning it.I am not satisfied with this kind of service.
